Trust Sweet Iron Pony Olive Head Bit, Jointed

The jointed pony olive head bit comes by Trust and was co-developed by pony riders in order to optimally adapt it to the shape and size of the pony mouth. The olive head rings cannot be moved independently of each other, so that the bit is very stable in the pony’s mouth and the rider’s aids are conveyed directly. In addition, the sensitive corners of the mouth are not pinched. The single-break standard mouthpiece has a hinge point and distributes the pressure mainly to the interdental spaces and the sides of the tongue. High acceptance is ensured by the special Sweet Iron alloy, which forms sweet-tasting surface rust on contact with moisture. This also stimulates saliva production in a natural way. The jointed olive head bit is well accepted by most ponies.

Note: When not in use, a thin layer of orange-brown rust will develop on the mouthpiece, this can be removed with a damp cloth and is not a quality defect!
